“The Norman Family”
I started off having wonderful family holidays around Europe in a Bedford CA Dormobile as a child in the 60s so I was destined to have a campervan as an adult with my own family.
We started with a Bongo and progressed to a Hiace conversion. I always had my eye on a Wellhouse though having been so impressed by the quality of the conversions when I saw them at shows.
When the time came for a new van there was only one for us, a Terrier 2. It has everything we could need and more in quite simply, a brilliant package.
I spend a lot of time ferrying my son between University in Aberdeen and home in Cheshire carrying mountain bikes and all sorts of other stuff. The sliding seat system is amazingly practical allowing the van to be a load lugger one minute and a home-from-home the next.
We have been as far as Croatia in our van, we love touring Scotland and enjoy weekends away in Wales.
Wild camping or on a site is not a problem with this van, the solar panel allows you to spend a few days off grid easily.
Our van is a real part of the family now and we wouldn’t be without her.
Our conversions have become synonymous with modern design and outstanding build quality. Here at Wellhouse Leisure we have a simple philosophy – provide our customers with a better standard of service and value for money than anyone else.
Enter your details below and we will get in touch with you about a factory tour.
Websites are great for sending information and showing what Wellhouse do but you can’t beat a phone call and its always better to speak with us ahead of a visit so we can discuss in more detail what we can offer and your requirements.
We have plenty Ford Customs available but only SWB, some 170ps models and then later in the year lots of Automatic SWB models. On the Toyota Proace we only have 1 left and we are not planning on building anymore.
On Japanese campers we have unlimited supply of Toyota Alphard and Nissan Serena and we will have the first side converted Serena ready towards the end of March. We also have some Nissan Caravans on route from Japan as well.
