Our Toyota Alphard conversion is based on a hand-picked Japanese import people carrier from 2002 to 2012 and is slightly smaller than a VW Transporter in size making it ideal for use as a daily driver.
Various models are available, including low-emission zone friendly 160PS 2.4-litre petrol and 220PS 3.0-litre V6 engines and they can be sourced with either four-wheel drive or front-wheel drive. All models have a quiet car-like drive and come with smooth-shifting automatic gearboxes and luxurious specifications. Typical features include powerful air-conditioning, electric windows and mirrors, parking sensors and all manner of electric gadgets (extras subject to models)
Our standard conversion includes a UK-made elevating roof (with a roof boards optional), as well as a passenger swivel seat and a rear travel seats and a useful flip-up rear bed section that allows taller items to be stored in the boot.
The side conversion uses a neat curved section at the front edge with a tambour door revealing ample storage. A two-burner glass-topped hob and sink unit sits flush in the worktop near the top-loading compressor fridge. Full 12V and 240V electrics are fitted as standard and linked to a leisure battery, while LED lighting is used throughout. On board fresh and waste water tanks are also specified. A 2kw blown air heating system and solar panel is included. Prices start from a remarkable £25,000 with a brand-new conversion.

2023 Stock SituationWe have plenty Ford Customs available but only SWB, some 170ps models and then later in the year lots of Automatic SWB models. On the Toyota Proace we only have 1 left and we are not planning on building anymore.
On Japanese campers we have unlimited supply of Toyota Alphard and Nissan Serena and we will have the first side converted Serena ready towards the end of March. We also have some Nissan Caravans on route from Japan as well.
