Limited Time Offer | Available On All Toyota Alphard & Honda Elysion Conversions
One of the main things nowadays when buying a camper is the relationship with the converter/manufacturer. At Wellhouse we want to encourage our customers to come and visit us, so you can see how we work first hand. It gives a chance to ask any questions, meet some of the team and see how our production line runs. We appreciate that it’s not possible for everyone to visit us, but if you can, we definitely urge you to do so.
A factory tour is to show customers how we build a van from start to finish so you see the woodwork department, roof fitting, vans in build. If you are looking at a Japanese import then we also spend a lot of time showing you why, how, where we buy them from in Japan and why we are different to other importers.
Its all done by appointment and you need to allow at least 60 to 90 minutes. The reason we do it all by appointment is so we can spend quality time with everyone, for example on a Saturday we can have 5-6 lots of customers visit and many of our customers come hundreds of miles and if everyone turned up at 9am it would be too many at once.
No, in fact we try and deter people from buying at the time of the visit unless your 100% sure you want too. But we say to people “sleep on it” as buying a camper is a big decision. Also its a lot to take in and many people say "I can't believe how much is done to the base vehicles"
We don't mind as the idea is to try and show you what we do and hopefully when you do decide to buy a camper it will be a Wellhouse.
Its only around 30 minutes but then when you start looking at vans in more detail most peoples visits are around 30-90 minutes but we get people that will spend all day here. Your making a life changing purchase and spending lots of money so take as long as you need and there is no time limit.
Yes you can, ideally a week day because Saturdays the workshops are closed and you really want to see campers been built.
Yes you can, but as you are walking around workshops you need to keep hold of their hand. We are pet friendly but its not always advisable to have dogs in the workshop but your welcome to leave you dog in the office with one of the staff whilst you look round.
Just drop us an e-mail to [email protected]
And just to repeat, we know there are hundreds of converters and manufacturers around the UK and some maybe quite close to you. All I can say is come and visit and educate yourselves on how campervans should be converter.

We have plenty Ford Customs available but only SWB, some 170ps models and then later in the year lots of Automatic SWB models. On the Toyota Proace we only have 1 left and we are not planning on building anymore.
On Japanese campers we have unlimited supply of Toyota Alphard and Nissan Serena and we will have the first side converted Serena ready towards the end of March. We also have some Nissan Caravans on route from Japan as well.
